An artist and curator for the Attleboro Arts Museum, T.A. Charron
grew up in South Attleboro. He studied with painters Norman Baer
and Walter Marks at the Art Institute of Boston and graduated in 1972.
His additional studies include sculpture at Providence College and stone
lithography at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. He has studied
with some of North America’s prominent
artists; portrait painter Daniel Greene, Canadian wildlife artist
Robert Bateman, painter Richard Schmid and Boston School eminent
senior member Robert Douglas Hunter. Nationally, he has received over 90
awards for excellence in both painting and drawing. Charron has been elected
into many American art societies and organizations including the Salmagundi
Club in NYC, The Copley Society in Boston, Lyme Art Association in
Connecticut, North Shore and Rockport Art Associations in Massachusetts.
His paintings have been published in four historical books, have been featured
nationally on PBS and local cable programs. T.A. Charron has conducted
workshop classes and painting and drawing demonstrations for over 30 years,
teaching hundreds of students both on location and in the studio.
A commercial photographer, located in Boston, Bob Packert specializes
in shooting people, fashion, sports and lifestyle in studio and
on location. He has a passion for taking pictures that tell a story
or convey an idea. For 22 years he has been the owner of Packert
Photography and is a photographer at The Image Bank. He is a graduate
of UMass Dartmouth with a degree in Photography and Graphic Design.
His honors and memberships include Graphic Photography Annual,
Communication Arts, Art Directors Club of NY, The One Show, Tokyo
One and the Ad Club of Boston.
Anne has exhibited her drawings and paintings in juried exhibitions
throughout New England for four decades. She studied at Emmanuel
College, Boston State College, Boston University School for the Arts and Massachusetts College of
Art. A longtime Quincy resident and former art teacher in Hull and
Stoughton, she was a corporate arts manager in Boston for over 25
years. Now a Cape Cod resident, she maintains a studio in East Falmouth.
Anne’s work has been included in several national exhibitions.
She received the Winsor Newton Award from the New England Watercolor
Society, the Garnet Award in the Adirondacks National Exhibition
of American Watercolors and the Canson Fine Papers Award at the 11th
Biennial North American Show at South Shore Art Center in Cohasset.
Her paintings were included in national exhibits in Pennsylvania
and Rhode Island.
Anne is a Juried Gallery Artist at South Shore Art Center and the
Cape Cod Art Association. She holds Signature Memberships in the
New England Watercolor Society, the Pennsylvania Watercolor Society,
and the Rhode Island Watercolor Society. She is a member of the National
League of American Pen Women and serves on the Board of Directors
of New England Watercolor Society.
